Lesson Review (LO3/LO4)

I have looked for the music for my groups trailer; "Hitman" and "Spazzmatica Polka". The 2nd song will be used during the "Wacky Time" section and during the 'serious' parts of the trailer will the 1st song.

I will continue to find sound effects that will be used for the trailer in which the audio is inaudible or unavailable i.e. knocking, gunshot etc. This will be done by next week.

Today I will be:
- Searching for sound effects that have to used to replace any footage audio which has too low of a volume.
- Music for the beginning parts of the trailer.

I have finished the rest of the script formatting.
I will be most likely helping with the rest of the work i.e. Edit log and the shot logs when we begin filming again on Friday.

Shot Log and Edit Log - LO2

Shot Log -
A shot log is a record of the student shots/fottage you have filmed. It allows you to evaluate what is usable and what needs to be re-filmed.

Edit Log -
An edit log is a log taken to record the editing the techniques/sfx/vfx that will be used in the production.

I have finished my part of the script into the correct format and I will be picking up the equipment for the filming in the afternoon.

Pre-production planning (LO2)

In today's lesson we will be completing the pre-production material ready to film on Monday 17th of November. The team roles are:

- Andrew and James are doing the script and have done the casting
 - Myself and Joe are location scouting and Recce sheet

Kenneth - Recce of location, production schedule, location scouting

Andrew - Scripting, production schedule, release and consent forms

Joe - Recce of location along with location scouting, production schedule

James - Scripting, release and consent forms, production schedule

- Gantt Chart is currently being made and is halfway through being done completely. 
- Treatments documents have been done at least halfway as well and they will most likely be done before next week.

- Costumes and props readied before filming.
